Structural Engineer
The successful candidate for Entry Level position should have:
- Bachelor of Science in Structural/Civil/Architectural Engineering from an accredited University
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Registration
- Advanced design courses in steel, concrete, and masonry
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Excellent Math skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel)
Structural Engineer
The successful candidate for Project Management position should have:
- Bachelor or Masters of Science in Structural/Civil/Architectural Engineering from an accredited University
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Registration
- P.E. License preferred
- Advanced design courses in steel, concrete, and masonry
- 3+ years of experience
- Design experience in low to mid-rise commercial structures, and tilt-up buildings
- Knowledge of the Florida building Code
- Complete understanding of ASCE-7 Wind Code
- Able to evaluate/select different Structural Systems for buildings
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel)
CAD Draftsperson
The successful candidate should have:
- The ability to create and revise drawings and construction documents from sketches and/or verbal instructions using AutoCAD software
- Experience with laying out floor plans for various structural systems
- Experience in a diverse range of project types: commercial, educational facilities, and the public sectors
- Familiarity with architectural and structural drawings. Be able to read and understand architectural and mechanical plans
- Proficient in AutoCAD and use of model space, paper space, and x-ref’s
- Experience with Architectural or Structural Engineering firm
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good Math skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word and
- Associate Degree preferred
