Sometimes there is a need for a Structural Engineer in an unusual circumstance. Our experience with so many building types and all building construction methods make us ideal to handle unique project needs.

For example, at the Pine Crest School in Boca Raton, they experienced a complete roof collapse in their auditorium building in the summer of 2004. We were called in the day after the collapse to provide immediate engineering assistance and assessment of the remaining building structural stability. With the help of the general contractor, Kauffman Lynn, demolition contractor, the forensic engineers, and the school, we developed a demolition plan that would ensure the workers safety, not compromise the buildings remaining integrity, and provide the extraction of pieces critical for forensic analysis. We had an on-site presence from the onset of demolition until the clean up was complete and the walls were braced.
