Townhouse Projects

During the most recent housing boom in the Florida market, we designed over 20 townhouse projects for our clients. These projects consisted of multiple buildings typically two to four stories in height, and sizes varying from a single building to a complex filled with more than 20 buildings. Construction systems were all load bearing CMU walls with wood, precast, or cast-in-place concrete slab floor systems. The higher end units have terraces and optional hot tubs for the owners. Pictured are AquaVista, a modern loft feel with exposed concrete floors and a structural steel window frame system; Oak Hammock, a 2-story residential feel unit utilizing filigree concrete floors; Lighthouse Pointe Townhouses, a 3-story complex with multiple buildings constructed with cast-in-place concrete floors; and lastly shown is The Ellington, an award winning project with six (6) four-story buildings using hollow core floors.
