Contractor's Business Park

This 11 building business park was created with the intention of providing office and warehouse space for the construction industry. There is a main large warehouse space available for the tenants to use as storage space for their oversized products and supplies. The smaller buildings have bays with an office area in the front, a storage mezzanine above the office, and a warehouse bay in the back accessed by a grade high overhead door.

These buildings are constructed completely out of concrete. Load bearing tilt-up panels support precast hollow core mezzanine structures and precast double tee roofs. Soils allow for conventional spread footings. The exterior walkways are cast-in-place concrete between tilt-up panel features. Metal stud trusses are used for the second floor walkway cover as well as the roof for the feature towers.
