The Shops at Shelby Crossing

Sebring Florida is a growing community in the central part of Florida. This new 250,000 square foot center brings to the area major department stores including Circuit City, Petco, Marshalls, Michael's, Ross Dress for Less, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Famous Footwear to name a few. Each major anchor requires their own entrance feature and façade to reflect their prototype drawings and brand.

Construction of the facility uses tilt-up load bearing walls, a bar joist metal roof, and the building resides on conventional spread footing foundations. Steel frames are blended with tilt-up panel features and metal framing to create the unique entrance features. Split face panel formliner is used at the base of the building to create a wanes coat textured finish.
